Ensure that the phone number you enter in during the checkout process is the correct phone number you would like the prepaid minutes to be applied to.
A Customer Care representative will apply your prepaid card to your account within 15 minutes of purchase (during business hours). You will receive a confirmation email once this has been complete.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
